We've discovered a small number of keyboards made by our partners have a firmware issue that causes the keyboard to stop responding and remains switched on.
It looks like this is only affecting Computer Kits with version code starting 1000G.
We're super sorry if this has affected you. We're already working with our manufacturing partners to understand what has happened.

We ship everything from our offices in London, so it can take a bit of time for replacements to arrive over the holiday season. If you want to continue playing, just plug any USB keyboard and mouse into the Computer Kit before turning on the power.
