We provide troubleshooting assistance to all, including those who have not purchased from our official stores, but we offer a One Year Warranty to customers who order from Kano.me or our other official stores (which are listed on our main website under "Store Locator")!
The one year warranty includes:
- Replacement of faulty parts
- Replacement of full kit (if we find necessary)
To issue any replacements, we require proof of purchase such as an order number or receipt.
We will not be able to issue replacement parts or full kit replacements for any kits that are outside of their One Year Warranty. However, we can advise you with getting the next best alternative to help you with what you need.
