For a long time Microsoft have released two versions of their operating system: 32-bit and 64-bit. It sounds odd, but it just describes the way your computer handles information.
Kano App uses 64-bit code, so you'll need to use a computer with a 64-bit version of Windows.
32-Bit Computers
If your computer is showing 32-bit under system type, sadly Kano App isn't compatible with your computer. You can use any Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit) computer, MacOS (10.9 or later), or Kano OS (3.13 or later).
How to Check
Microsoft provides a website to help figure out which version your computer is running, but we'll also show you how to find out for Windows 7 and Windows 10.
Windows 10
- Right click on the Start button.
