If you encounter a bug or issue in the system, please report it using the Feedback tool so we can fix it. This will help us diagnose the problem through the log files we will automatically receive when you send us the report!
First, find the Feedback app on your Dashboard. Please note that you must log in to your Kano World account before doing this.
Please provide a title and description of the problem. You can also include an image or even take a screenshot.
If you previously contacted us regarding the same issue, please reference that ticket number so we can link them together.
We will then review your issue and contact you with a possible solution as soon as possible.
