If you would like to cancel an order before it has been delivered, please let us know as soon as possible. Our warehouse processes orders immediately after they are placed, making cancellations very unlikely. However, if your order is on hold because we are out of stock (pre-orders, backorders), get in touch so we can cancel the order for you.
If your order is on its way or if you have already received your Kit, we accept returns of unopened kits within 30 days of the delivery date.
Due to Computer Software Policy, we can only accept returns of opened kits if they are proven faulty (after troubleshooting and replacing any faulty parts).
