Kano OS is a Linux-based system and Linux, like Mac OS tends to be virus-free.
Neither are immune but with both having better security along with a smaller user base than Microsoft's Windows systems, not a lot of effort goes into creating viruses for them since one of the objectives of those who create viruses is to create something that quickly and easily spreads.
Those that are, are typically countered by regular updates. In addition, since Kano OS is optimized for the ARM architecture, that puts it into an even more specific niche.
With that said, if you really want to, Clam anti-virus is available in the repositories.
Best option is to install Synaptic, the graphical interface for the underlying software repositories.
Open a terminal and type:
sudo apt install synaptic
You'll be prompted for a password, the default for which is:
kano
Once installed, run Synaptic by typing into the terminal
sudo synaptic
If prompted, enter the password again, after which you can then search in Synaptic to look for antivirus.
This will come up with a number of selections relating to clamav. You'll most likely want to:
clamav
clamtk (a graphical interface for clamav)
at the least although you could also choose the other options.
