Keyboard Not Connecting to Kano PC
On-Screen Keyboard Does Not Appear
Keyboard Layout Not Working
The Kano PC keyboard is only able to support a US keyboard layout. If you change the keyboard layout settings for your Kano PC to the keyboard layout of a different country, your Kano PC keyboard will still type with a US layout.
Keyboard Not Connecting to Kano PC
Your Kano PC keyboard connects to your Kano PC using magnets and pogo pins. When your keyboard and Kano PC successfully connected, your Kano PC will make the Windows 10 "device connect" sound.
If your keyboard is not connecting to your Kano PC, please make sure that you are lying the keyboard out on a flat surface and properly lining up the magnets and pogo pins with the bottom of your Kano PC. You should be able to hear and feel when the Kano PC connects with the keyboard.
On-Screen Keyboard Does Not Appear
If you would like to use the on-screen keyboard instead of the physical keyboard that comes with your Kano PC, you will need to put your Kano PC into Tablet Mode. To do this, swipe on the right side of the screen and toggle Tablet Mode in the bottom right corner.
