This issue has only been reported by customers using the apps on iPads.
When trying to create a new Kano World account in the associated apps for the above products, some users are unable to get past the step where they need to select their region.
Our developers are aware of this issue and they are looking into a fix, but in the meantime, we advise new Kano World users to sign up for a Kano World account through the Kano World website instead of in an app. After signing up for an account on the Kano World website, new users can then use that new account to log into the app without an issue!
