If your Kano Headphones are not powering on, not charging, or only have one ear working, please try unplugging both sides of the curly blue wire from the Headphones and then plugging them back in again. Please make sure that both sides of the curly blue wire are completely plugged in. It might take a few tries of unplugging and re-plugging, but this should allow your Headphones to start working normally.
